Introduction:
White fine powder, insoluble in water and general organic solvents, is a non-toxic, tasteless, non-corrosive and irritating inorganic flame retardant. It can not only flame retardant, but also smoke and arc extinguishing. The product has small specific surface area, gloss and strong distribution. Widely used in white pigments, medicines, plastics, rubber, building materials, wood, paper-making, cables, wires, defense military products, coatings (in the coatings have anti-rust, anti-mildew, anti-bacteria, anti-corrosion, anti-pollution, anti-powdering, anti-discoloration, flame retardant, etc.), tarpaulins, textiles and other flame retardants, waterproof fabrics, ceramics. All kinds of flame retardant products are glaze, paint, fungicide and fungicide.
Product applications:
1. Zinc borate can be used as a multi-functional synergistic additive of antimony oxide or other halogen flame retardants, which can effectively improve flame retardancy, reduce smoke generation during combustion, and adjust the chemical, mechanical and electrical properties of rubber and plastic products.
2. Zinc borate, as a partial or completely environmentally friendly substitute for halogen-containing flame retardants, is widely used in the processing of plastics and rubber, such as PVC, PE, PP, reinforced polyamide, polychlorinated resin, polystyrene, epoxy resin, polyvinyl ester resin and natural rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, chloroprene rubber, etc. It can also be used in the production of paper, fibre fabric, decorative board, floor leather, wallpaper, carpet, ceramic glaze, fungicides and coatings to improve the flame retardancy.
3. Based on other properties of zinc borate, it can also be used in anti-corrosion, far-infrared absorption, wood insect control and bacterial treatment and other fields.
