Wood flame retardant is a new halogen-free environmental liquid flame retardant. This product has changed many shortcomings of traditional flame retardant, such as easy moisture regain and low flame retardant grade. It is an excellent environmental flame retardant in the world. It is specially used in wood (multi-layer board, furniture, floor), insulation board and other industries.

Advantage:

1. Low smoke, smoke suppression; smoke toxicity is much lower than traditional flame retardants.

2. High efficiency: Because of its good permeability, it can achieve obvious flame retardant effect in a very short time.

3. Halogen-free, non-toxic, in line with international environmental requirements.

4. Flame-retardant grade: B1 flame-retardant grade can be achieved, such as: wood oxygen index can reach 80%, so that products from flammable to flame-retardant or even non-flammable.

Usage method:

It can be soaked, sprayed, brushed and pumped.

Firstly, the flame retardant is put into the water tank, diluted with water in 1:3 ratio, and then the wood or wood bark is soaked in the water tank. The soaking time is determined according to the water absorption rate of the wood xylem. For some wood which is dense and not easy to absorb water, the assistant equipment of pressure can be chosen. The soaked wood can be dried or dried.

Suggested dosage: One to three times the water can be diluted.

Drying: 40 for 2 hours, or less than 80 for drying, or natural drying
